Since the age of 12, I have been eager to work, so I got a job right before I turned 13. Real estate investing has been an interest of mine for a long time. My work history includes property maintenance, leasing, property management, insurance, construction project management, roofing, real estate agent and real estate broker. I purchased my first home at 20 years old and have been involved in many investment transactions since then, including rentals and flips.
